May I have your VOTE for CRCDD Supervisor Seat 2 on Tuesday, November 4, 2008?

As a NON– St. Joe employee, I would like to ask for your support to help me further my COMMITMENT to our neighborhood as a member of our Community Development District’s governing board.

Why is it important to have NON -St. Joe employees on the board?

INDEPENDENCE.  While St. Joe has done a wonderful job in developing our Southwood neighborhood, it is important that homeowners begin to have a say in monitoring and guiding the district’s continued development and growth without the concern of their employer’s position.

With years of EXPERIENCE in development and oversight of infrastructure budgeting, I’d like to put my KNOWLEDGE to work as our community’s  “Independent  Voice” on the district’s board.

   BARRY'S Priorities:

· Schedule CRCDD meetings in Southwood.

· Schedule CRCDD meetings in the evenings.

· Improve CRCDD communication with homeowners.

· Coordinate CRCDD activities with the Southwood Homeowner’s Association.

· Develop liaison responsibilities for Supervisors with City, County and Southwood Homeowner’s Association Officials.
